        I throw or trim pots... I glaze pots... I come up with new and fresh designs and test glazes.

          Escape. I wouldn't know the first thing about relaxing.   Bowling, akaQA, Bananagrams, Sudoku, walking the dog, sleep are ways for me to escape.

              I work hard or exercise to relax more deeply, Meditate, a sparse diet for a few days, practice breathing and tai chi, sing oreas.

                    Reading, exploring the county in good weather, gardening though I'm not a fanatic about it and once in a blue moon I'll do some sewing...that I find is very relaxing.

                        Love to walk the Dogs then relax watching a Movie the only thing about that is I always fall asleep! next is coming on to this site and I love to play back gammon on line then I like solitaire this is when I get time! ha

                          AH Backgammon. I used to play with my dad. He was a master at it....all those old Armenian men were. My uncle is 94, with dementia, but put the board in front of him....total focus

                          Bob/pkb love to have had a game with your dad just love the game my dad was a grandmaster in chess could never quite get the hang of the game thanks ;-)

                          WoW...I played back gammon for years with a best friend- we both got really good and friends would hang out and watch us! We'd get rediculously competitive and play for hours! We were total opposites in a lot of things but We had a blast!!!

                          doolittle you sound like my friend who I lost touch with! you have just reminded me how we were too I did have a game with Omar Sharrif wow was he good and yes I one the game but the dice were on my side at the time love to have a game with you if it were possible xxx

                              My answer didn’t show up ... pardon if this is a repeat.  My new escape is Doodling. It’s really popular right now. So much you can do with it. It opens up my ideas about my kind of art. Buy a doodle book. You’ll have fun.
