Believe it or not but this question comes up a lot.

This is how you go about attracting a vampire...

After the sun sets, open the windows of the top floor of your house as wide as you possibly can.

Stand in the middle of a room, any room will do.

Expose your neck and wait.  And wait.  And wait.  And wait and wait and wait and by now you have the picture.... waiting is very important. 

Sage advice.  Waiting for a vampire can take years and years and years and years ...so many years that you may become old, grey and very very wrinkled before that vampire shows up.  It's best to stay busy so that you don't become bored or completely waste your life.

The same advice rings true for werewolf waiting.... Werewolves are elusive.  Very difficult to attract.

Before you take any advice from any one "in the Vampire know" speak with your parents... they might want you to become a doctor or enter into the family business.  Being a vampire can put a damper on things.

I'm sorry there are already too many warwolves.....to become a true vampire you need to get a Passport and Visa and collect money to Visit Transylvania, Romania.  There you will head towards the South and ascend the Carpathian Mountain Range.  When you are near the Summit a Romanian scout named Mr. Amanar will ask you your intentions...Simply say Count Barbu has sent for you.  Amanar will then lead you to the Count who will inspect you and, if your blood is pure, turn you into a Full Blooded Vampire!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  Happy travels!!!!
