I don't think bad Karma gives a person a boost.  I do believe that gangsters may or may not get a thrill about what they do. 

I live in the Lower Mainland of British Columbia.  I have lived in the Inner City and worked in the Inner City.  I have seen a lot of things that I would rather not know about the human condition.  I can tell you that I have never met a drug dealer, prostitute, heavy duty drug addict, thief, stripper or porn star that mentioned Karma.... they are all trying to get by. 

I have known a few to get out ... and then talk about Karma.  They are the lucky ones ... but they still have a lot of work to do.  One of them has gone back because the work is just too much.  Enlightenment is a tough road.

If somebody try the gangster life (for bad karma) , because want more experience about the life.

 And/or his (her) life is stagnate,  a little bad karma gives a boost...
