i hit my head bout month ago went to er cause it swelled up they gave me loratabs and sent me the swelling went down kinda rite in the middle of the front of my head it still looks swollen but wen you push in on it its soft and squshi and rite at the top if you push in it feels like my skull is like gone or pushed in or something y and wat do i need to do

Did the hospital do a x-ray or a scan ? If not it would be advisable to have one done, any knock to the head can be dangerous, go back to your doctor/hospital and tell them your concerns.

From what you are describing, sounds awful.Are you in pain, feeling sick ?You really need to see the doctor, that is all i can suggest, sorry.
