    why is human resource development in an organisation important?

    because they do the hiring and the firing. Seriously, sometimes they can help you when  you have a family tradgedy- - - -such as a spouse taking the kids and leaving you; or say your spouse has a bad stroke and you still have kids at home.. . . . . . . resulting in you taking a lof of days off.......and not being yourself. It helps to talk to them, so you won't lose  your job.

    The answer to this question is simple and yet complicated. The reason for this is that say one employee has a disagreement with another employee. They feel it is a strong enough debate that they want a higher power in the company to solve it. So, they go to the human resource department or employee. They give their argument, human resources fills out a series of paperwork, then it gets sent to the corporate office for resolution.
