They need to be sensitive to ghost. It's just a state of being. I'm not sensitive at all yet I live in a haunted house, I'd never know it. My housemate sees the ghost all of the time..........

How do you know you live in a haunted house? Because your housemate says so? Did you ever think she may just be pulling your chain or perhaps just crazy!?
Doubt it. Too many people have had visions in this house. My housemate had a ghost sit on his bed with a typewriter, claiming to be portraying me.
