    Why can't I go any further when my pre-paid phone reward is not applicable to my phone and Optus said they'd offer an alternative - but nothing happens - do I change my carrier?

    If you have a contract with this company then you will have to wait until your contract runs out or pay the contract out in order to suspend your agreement.
