      I don't actually believe there is a center... The moment you think you know, another "life lesson" presents it's self.  Life is an abstact concept.


      That is also what makes it so much fun.


      There is religion.  A lot of wonderful ones.  Based upon beliefs you will receive many answers.


      And, then there is science... which changes every single day.

          Many think it is themselves. (My universe does revolve around me, but I realize I'm not the center of anyone else's :D    )

                              There is no center to the universe. And the theory of " paralell ( sp ) universes" is rediculous, b/c the term " Universe " .. . . . .by it's very defintion means   everything that's out there.

                                        Yes, It was a part of my doctoral ...proving I could communicate with countless animals...I put them all on the same hill and had them decide where the center of the universe was- that is what they came up with. Minus the hyenas (laughing too hard to count) and the mice (they were too afraid to count).

                                        Probably the centre is where it all started about 13.7 billion years ago. The cosmic microwave background can be dated back to around this time, but as to the centre is a question we do not have the ability to answer.

                                          By bringing up this question you actually bring up another one; is the universe spherical, like the Earth?  In other words, could you start travelling at one point of it and keep travelling until you eventually returned again to the same point?
