I know the four important issues of a restaurant
Hygiene-- Place must be clean
Price-- Must be inline with offerings and location
Service-- Nobody likes bad service
Quality of food offerings, taste...
Ironically, it makes no difference if the food offered is the very best, if hygiene, service or price is bad, customers will not come back.. Ironic in that they come for the food but the food is the last thing they receive.
Source: 30+ years in the restaurant business for myself. I retired from that and went on to easier living.
