    how do you freeze fresh strawberrys

    Easy as pie.... wash them and throw them in a ziplock.  They come back as if nothing has happened.  It is a thing of beauty.

    I always had trouble with doing them that way. I started mashing them up like for shortcake, with a little sugar and this worked good for me. Your way seemed to make them mushy- my way was mushy to start with.

    They don't get mushy but I live in the land of berries... everything is super fresh.
