In urban planning, planners have specific areas of issues, like departments of transportation, department of land use, etc. Many of these departments need to be changed after so many years because the growth involved in the transportation is different now than it was 10 years ago. So, I want to know what is urban growth policy. Is it the type of issues in a specific department or a specific department. I am getting confused.
