Depending on where you are you can access food bank or food stamps programs;as well as claiming all dependents on your tax form;apply for subsidies through local government offices;barter for additional goods and services;grow a family garden in the back yard or in pots;ride a bike to work or take a bus to cut fuel costs if you drive;go to your local soup kitchen for lunches when you can and don't forget to take the family;if others in the home are capable, they could find jobs as well to lessen the burden on you; you could take a night course to upgrade your education in some way?Just a few suggestions for you.Peace.

I dont know it its true or not but some folks do real well with coupons. If you go to a apartment complex in the afternoon people throw these coupon flyers away ,just gather them up . Those with free time need to be waging a full time coupon campaign to save you some money . Buy nothing unless its two for one . Forget the brand names and become a ninja shopper . If its not on special or dont have a coupon forget it .

I can only add a little to what has already been said. Finding a set routine or a pattern on how you go about doing things you do, can help a lot in decreasing your money output. If you know what you are going to do today and tomorrow etc you will find that you will also know where the money you do have is going. If you wakeup not knowing what you are going to be doing then it is likely you will not know where your money is going to go.
