        Did you get a court order to evict? Was it delivered by a sheriff?  How exactly were you evicted and was there a signed lease of rental agreement? What exactly do you consider illegal eviction? We need more detail. But mainly the answer will be, get  lawyer.

            Only the judge can tell you to go  PERIOD !!!!! Any body else doing this is in violation of the law . Take them to court you may be entitled to damages .         Bill
