      Because there is no one at Facebook that answers questions. There is no way to contact Facebook for Facebook issues. You have to go to their help page.

        850,000,000 clients . Unmonitored mail boxes, They dont care ????  Hard to tell . Maybe you sent your request to the wrong place .  I would type in Goggle : Facebook problems solutions,forums questions . That,s where I would start .         Bill
