Free online editor PhotoFlexer but the best is photoshop and that is a paid package, takes away the wrinkles, smooths out the skin, changes the skin tones, allows spray and touch up, but why bother? Growing old gracefully and naturally is acceptable to your friends and loved ones and they are the ones who count most in your life. The opinions of others is of little importance.  And no one especially the airport personnel would believe a younger you, unless the passport says it is aged 10 years ago. Now they have reduced the renewal to 5 years because the holder had undoubtedly grown older than shown in the picture. Babies to age 10 are blessed in that the authorities do not care. Photos of you on your driving licence make you look like a criminal in any case, and especially those on identity cards issued by most governments :).
