what do i do when a website request state, and I live in Puerto Rico, which is a territory of the US, as well as the US Virgin Islands and they are no on the list of states? I just lost the opportunity to win an IPOD4, because Puerto Rico was not on the lilst.

You could use a proxy .Those win ipod things are not often true ,so I dont think you really lost any thing . The fine print and Participation and completing offers with their trusted sponsors usually gets you . Disqualified for not completing. Any way hello from New Mexico ! Welcome !
