    i started walking in the mornings should i eat before or after my walking?

    After... the walking kick starts you metabolism and what you eat within half an hour after the walk will be completely digested and used by your body... that's as long as you aren't making yourself a big breakfast of bacon, eggs, sausages and hashbrowns.


    Exercise in the moring is the best time is very good for you.

    It is usually better to eat after a workout

    Eat Banana before and Yogurt after

    Don`t exercise before eating something for breakfast!...you`re body`s been fasting all night..and your blood sugar levels will be the lowest at the start of the day!...Banana...etc...and keep your fluids up,H20 ..during exercise!:-)...Don`t risk fainting..it defeats the object of getting fit!!!:-Z

    Some healthy cerial or a banana would be ok before I would think, but not a big breakfast.
