Sorry about your Dad . I believe the answer is yes ,but its a legal DMV question . There are legal procedures for this situation and you must follow them . Start with the DMV Also check with legal aid if you cant afford a lawyer . You will need a copy of the death certificate with you when talking to these people at Department Of Motor Vehicles .
