Two issues in play first you got kicked off . Really ????? Dont know if you can fix that . Next lost or forgotten password :solutions what ever o/s you are useing go to preferences find security click passwords and look to see if you saved Face book password . If not go to face book log in click lost or forgotten password follow the prompts . Log in . Goggle search :Face book solutions ,lost password .
