FYI : I just downloaded "Ghostery " as a add on . Every time you go some where on line ,it shows in the upper right hand cornor who is tracking you and monitering your on line habits . Scarey as hell ,every key stroke is monitered ,some one is watching your every move on line . This in my opinion is way to far into my privacy . On average so far there are at least 6 trackers on every search inquiry .I dont like this not one bit all this following of my activities. What about you ??????

Nope. I don't like it...I think it is creepy and wrong!  Who wants to be stalked at all let alone on line! And call me paranoid- but it is why I will not bank on-line.

With this you can see who is tracking you and yes I find this very creepy .I am going to look at the con-fig and see if I can cloak my on line presence. This is way to far in my opinion

Yeah, I think they are taking this step into peoples privacy a little too far.

So far Goggle shows up the most . Then add sense and one called double click . This is very wrong . Its like having a tap on your phone and a surveillance bug in your bed room . Absolutely every key stroke is being data mined with this . Very bad I think.

You ever thought that maybe downloading it makes it easier for them to track you?

If you don't want to bump into trees stay out the forest.

Perhaps ,but I havent reached that level of paranoia yet. The way I see it I could not leave a listening device in your car or home ,so how is it possible for strangers to do this with my personal computer . They do it silently because we dont know and because we dont have the skills to stop them . Simple as that .

I am quite sure you are right but I also think in downloading some things put things into your computer that can make it so much easier for them to do so. And frankly now days a little paranoia is healthy in today's world.

Yes it's creepy it life is not tough enough now we have cyber stalkers...EWWW..

Thats the price we pay, using computers. I get so many e-mails and companies, that I never has dealings with. .I dont use sites where they are asking for your e-mail adress. I feel very uncomfortable using the internet.at times, thinking someone is always watching what I do.

I quit downloading add-ons unless they are  part of an existing program I'm using,  Autocad, Excel, Adobe, windows

Some are fun to use but others can make for a bad computer day.  Never again

Oh Shit! I hope they have a sense of humor! I've been looking up bombs, car thief, murder, land mines, FBI, CIA, SBI, serial killers, poisons, sexual predators, sadist, hired killers and a lot more for my novel!

Naughty girl !!!!!! So in your travels to the outer reaches of the web have you found a way to stop this foolishness? Nothing in this world is as it seems .Larger forces are at work and we are just the sheep quietly in our pens unknowing ,while others with dark motives are up to no good . They make huge monies trading on our habits and preferences buying and selling our names while we get nothing .
    Daisy!

This is so true! I know how the FBI profiles a person, they know your IQ and you don't even have to take a test.
You would be shocked at what I learn, researching one year, on line. I had 3 eye infection, and burn my eyes. I over do it. I researched some days 20 hours. If you went by hours it was over a years work.
For fun I did include a few aka questions.I did this one one reason, when aka reads the book, they will recognize it and laugh! I am almost through with book two. The third book will have aka in it, renamed. You guys are two cool, not to be in a book.
