    I have an apt. in Florida. My mom co-signed on my first 1-year lease. Since then i have signed two more 1-year leases. Can my landlord still sew my mom for me breakinging my lease aggreement

    Probably not. Do you still have the first year lease? Was there any clause about automatic renewal  at the end of the year? Landlord can probably sue you though.

    A lot would most likely depend on whether her co-signing was included in the renewed leases. Especially if she didn't sign the renewed leases and the original lease didn't have a clause for automatic renewal.
