A Hot Yoga class with a bunch of naked participants might prove to be distracting... I personally like the participants to be clothed while taking a class... I will take a vote and get back to you.

Yoga clothes are very comfortable, even the underwear!

Yes I guess one would be more flexible and as ed shank says if the suction gets too much this American product can be used everywhere around the body called "Aspray". I think better if alone practising Yoga especially in the nude.
