Grandfather John and Grandmother Mary settled in South Australia and set up farming at Swan reach on a bend in the Murray River.
Regarded as among the pioneer families of the region, the local cementry is a "whos who" of Roys.
The family moved to New South Wales in 1907 and settled at Currawarna, again farming.
i was born in this area. Grandfather and grandmother burried in Currawarna cementary.

Distant cousins I think mate.
