well bulletman said what i would have said so its either Mayo/ soya sauce that was funny what clonge said it reminded me when I first went to the States and I stayed in a Condinum and I kept calling in a condom! as we call them arpartments /flats

Sriracha (named after a city near Bangkok) Hot Sauce is an equivalent to Tobasco Sauce but can be hotter. I think it's so much better and tastier. I do a lot of Thai cooking and this condiment is essential in many dishes.

As for the reason why, I was (kidding) alluding to the fact that I am HOT. Hahahaha!
