The options are go to your mail log in and click on the forgot password and follow the prompts . Next after each sign up there is a option that says " Do you want to rember this password ? If you are using that its stored some where in your computer . So for me I go to edit select preferences then click on show passwords and look for the site and make note of password then close it all up and go back and log in . Good luck. Bill
