I wouldn't. Milk bones are formulated for dogs, they contain bonemeal and beef fat...they also have preservatives, vitamins and minerals that are specific to what dogs' can digest.
Feed your Guinea Pig Guinea Pig treats... vegetables and some fruit as a treat is far healthier. Try apples or carrots not Milk Bones.
