      Some fabric conditioners have an anti static formula, however not knowing where you live I can,t recommend a brand, look on the label.

        You can use some talcum(baby) powder. Just get some on your hands (not too much!) and rub it gently on your skin wherever the static sticks to your dress.

            I have been told tat if you put a safety pin somewhere on the iside seam(to hide it) the metal will remove the static...worth a try anyways.
