      Well ,If you have a email account and they have your address for email no reason for this not to happen . I would contact Wooworths customer service and inquire about the status of your spoons. See if the mails your friends are getting have a reply possibility and use that to contact wool worths .best of luck to you .                                 Bill

          Hmmmmmmmmmm Maybe someone's grandma or mom just looking for a little help . Never hurts to be kind when you can . I think the thing here is : having enough basic knowledge of how things work to act maybe as a traffic cop giving directions . To me this is nothing more than a customer service issue and business communication how to . I enjoy reading your words ,dont always chime in but your efforts dont go unnoticed. All my best Bill
