A lot of Blooms, Bottom Dollars & Foodlions (all owned by the same company) are closing throughout the East coast, from MD-SC. The Blooms that are not closing are being converted into Foodlions. The one in Fairfax that is closing has a sale for everything 25% off, no refunds after 1/18, no coupons & not many regular promos (like buy 1 get 1 4 jumbo shrimp). I asked and they said the store will close when every department runs out of stuff.
