    My ears itch deep inside all the time and always have water coming out?

        Deep ear itching can be related to allergies... If the water is from swimming or showering that isn't a big deal.  If  the fluid is because of something else... see your doctor.

              I suffer from the same thing and use olive oil (sweet oil). My condition is caused from dry skin and has been diagnoised by a doctor, possibly you have the same thing but it is best to have it checked out but a doctor before doing anything on your own. Good luck.
