Perhaps, but I don't think so. We have had numerous french students living with us in the past. They always thought they were better than the Americans. We don't encourage the french from France to live with us any more. Instead, we request french speakers from Belgium.

Some people may have sexy accents while speaking their own first language or second or third language. Some foreign languages may sound sexy to some people. Your own language spoken in other areas that the one where you speak it may sound sexy to you.

It's all in HOW something is said. Any language can be spoken sharply, clipped, too loud, with a tone that is arrogant, demeaning, rude. That doesn't make it sexy, even if it IS French. (In fact, it probably IS French)

A sexy VOICE, now that is something else.

I agree with you, Ms Bob, i've been to Paris and there is nothing sexy about the French Accent, what peoplw hear in the movies is mostly put on. ---- signing off back to driving, on our way home now!
