You should only need to know the e-mail you signed in with. We are not Facebook so there is little we can do to help you.

Now this makes sense a little . Do you have a secondary email ? If not type in goggle " Hotmail sign up "  Go there and follow the prompts to JOIN . Create profile and get another password and username for Hotmail .Choose something you can rember . Then go back to yahoo and select forgot password ,follow prompts when it asks for alternate email enter your hot mail address . This will give yahoo a place to send you a link to fix yahoo problems . The purpose of a alternate email is to have a open line of communication when something goes wrong with your primary email . Its a what if something goes wrong safety net . Sounds complicated ,but its not ,if this does not fix your problem write again and Ill try further .                 Bill
