I will offer only a wild guess. perhaps it has something to do with bandwidth allocation . also perhaps the place you visiting is outside the the country you are in. Try again later or inquire about the site with a goggle question . Type : Feedback on (the name of site ) chances are you are not alone with this problem . Beyond this I can offer nothing ,each site makes its own rules ,with in the boundaries of the law in the country they are in . Its easy to be breaking the law if you only play in countries that have no jurisdiction over you . I hope you are able to find a good answer to this soon .
