    HAS ANYONE QUESTIONED US ABOUT OUR FAVORITE CANDY YET?
    CANDY BAR, HOLIDAY TREAT (i.e. chocolate orange), BIG NAME (See's, Whitman's), bagged or rolled (lifesavers, gummis).  What's your poison, people?

    Love your questions! Where do they come from?
    Bob/PKB

    Something I'm doing will trigger an idea for a question. Sometimes another question will spur a new question. I'd like to come up with good questions like Tabber and that new guy pyhoe?

    No chocolate covered ants??? Crunchy!
    Bob/PKB

    When I was a kid, my dad bought us some chocolate covered ants, and three other insects, but I can't remember what they were. They were OK; it's better if you don't know they are in there! :D

    Two of the best things about Hawaii, were the dark chocolate covered macadamia nuts, and the mocha kona coffee... Yeah, sure there were other things, but the chocolate was amazing. Maybe I just got distracted by it? I guess the hike I went on with the beautiful waterfall was nice too... Chocolate seems to have that effect on me, especially dark chocolate, yum.

    Bob/PKB

    Those waterfalls are hard to beat....dark chocolate may be the only thing that does! :D

    Lol, thanks for the laugh. Maybe a chocolate waterfall?? I'll have to speak to Hershey's and see if they know anyone is Hawaii..

    I like Lindt dark chocolate, went to the Lindt factory in Tasmania, spotless,. or anything coffee flavored, but my all time favorite thing is the double butterscotch popcorn , we can't get it here, I miss it.

    Bob/PKB

    There is a mocha-coffee flavored powder called "Cafe Da Vita" that is caffeine-free, but you could use any instant coffee, I'd think. Sometimes I have leftover coffee, and I chill it, using it as I need it. The Cafe da Vita is good hot or cold; it's made like instant coffee or hot chocolate...scoop to taste
    So:
    * 1 - 1 1/2 c. liquid (coffee, milk, water)
    * scoop-to-taste of Cafe da Vita (or similar substance)
    * 6-7 ice cubes
    * generous scoops (2-3) of favorite ice cream or frozen yogurt
    * flavored creamer, if desired, 2-3 T (I just pour) You can use a liquor like Bailey's instead :D
    * 1/2 c. +/- fresh or frozen berries, pittted cherries, peach, banana or the like. optional)
    INTO THE BLENDER goes the whole works and I blend until the ice is just crystals, smooth but not watery, no chunks.
    I pour this into a glass and freeze it for half an hour to really get thicker; better than a milkshake. Sometimes I have to use a spoon because it's too thick for a straw. :D
    Sometimes I use just yogurt (plain or flavored), ice cubes, and fruit to make a breakfast smoothie. There are powders to help thicken it. Somewhere I have an Orange Julius recipe that tastes like the real thing. I'll look for that....

    Bob/PKB, that sounds delish! Thank you so much for taking the time to give this recipe. I have heard of Cafe da Vita, but never tried it. I will now! :-}

    There is a candy company based in Las Vegas, Nevada, "Ethel M's" which has creme-filled centers that are amazing. There is even a liquor-filled assortment. I am pretty sure they have coffee flavored centers. I'll look into coffee chocolate in the states and let you know if I find a source.

    Not really a candy guy. Must be that salty disposition of mine. Potato chips and onion dip, with beer of coarse.

    Bob/PKB

    Everyone has his own "sweet tooth". You might like potato chip cookies. They are yummy.

    Familiar with Zero, but have never heard of the Red Velvet Whoopy-pie from Maine or anywhere else. The east coast is the place to be, seriously. Thanks for your answer, Panda!
