Been therebefore . I pulled the power for the charger and let the battery take over till it was zero and shut it down . Left it off for awhile and then plugged the charger back in and started it up . Got a whole bunch of weird messages on the screen when it rebooted ,but it worked and its still living 3 years later . So thats all I ve got on this matter good luck . Bill
