It appears that the software called" frame ware" needs to be up dated . It is possible to create play list s for your pulse . I typed in Goggle "Operating tips for pulse digital frame " at exchange.Kodak.com I found step by step directions on how to update . Very informative !!! If you will just follow my goggle path you should find the same page and see the directions . Sorry just to much to type in here . I hoped this helped and that you will enjoy your holiday pictures .
