install malwarebytes ( use the green download button) http://download.cnet.com/Malwarebytes-Anti-Malware/3000-8022_4-10804572.html
Once installed, close all web pages (if you know how to get into safe mode on your computer, that is recommended when running any scan but if you don't know how, don't worry about it).
So close all web pages and open malwarebytes, (the short cut will be on your icon screen). Select deep scan. This could take well over an hour so run the scan when you will not be using your computer. When it's finished, send anything it found to the virus vault in the program.
