It might cost a few dollars, but you can also research who owns a cell phone just like a land line. Just google research cell phone number, or reverse search cell phone number. Unless it's one of those trac phone type cell phones, you can find out who owns it. It sounds as though you should do this...it's kind of weird for someone to just heavily breath into a phone!

i already have the number from the caller i.d. *69 wouldnt be needed. but it comes up as a local cell phone. i am able to track the phone to a local cell tower and was able to veiw said tower but its in a the middle of a business district.

Have you ever answered it when they call or called them back to see who they are?

they called twice tonight alone each time hello was said but the cell user decided they wanted to heat up the phone with some hot air.

The world is a strange place today. Don't let this annoyance turn into something ugly. Stalkers abound. If you have children be especially careful. Call the police they are better equipped to handle this type of harassment.
