          You are so right jhharlan,we do have a ton of them and if's theres one to forget that when we're down,it's me,but we DO have a ton of them.I do tend to think it could'nt get much worst for me when in fact it could...

          Eat black eyed peas on New Years Day for luck and cabbage for money. Don't forget to put the dime in your cabbage, who ever gets it gets money for the year! At least the food will make you feel better....Good luck, JHH

          Try your best.  Learn your life lessons.  Find interests and passions.  Treat everyone that you love with respect... and let the bad stuff go.  It's your journey.  Don't beat yourself up.

                  I have learned to accept the bad days(we all have them)and be grateful for what i have got.I keep in mind,there is always someone worse off.These thoughts of mine only occur if i am feeling depressed.
