I do read BEFORE I vote up.  I vote up, not only if I agree, but sometimes, just for the effort put into the answer.  Sometimes I don't have enough time to read everything that I would like.  I wonder why we can't "vote up" comments, since some of them are priceless!  I think that I once "spent 100 vote-ups". I have no idea why we are given so many!!!

P.S. Can you give me 1700 TU's for this answer?      LOL
