Good day, I did not know if you could find out some information for me about an abandoned house in Fort Lawn SC, It’s locked up and the outside is really being neglected a tree i growing through the deck in the back. It is located on 5315 Old Branch Rd, I do know the owners were Dorothy Sue Carnes; Chase Home Finance has the bank note and Chase is paying the taxes. That but I cannot find out anything else about it, there is not any signs on who to contact about the house at all.s
Just wanted to find out any information at all about this place it's to good to allow it just to rot away like it is doing. Therefore, if you could help me with any information I would appreciate it Janice Davis 5656 Thrailkill Rd Fort Lawn S 29714

If Chase is paying the taxes ,start with them . They have what is called a asset management division ,if that property is on their books ,they will have knowledge of it . If its just a complaint about condition then Code enforcement where you live is responsible for notifying owner of record of condition violations .
