I have a fantastic sauce for fruit salad.....
Mix any amount you like...
50% Lime Curd and 50% cream.... blend like crazy until completely creamy. Serve on the side
This one is for pineapples ... delicious. 50% Lemon Curd and 50% cream... again.... blend like crazy until completely creamy....pour generously over pineapple.
You can make the Lemon or Lime curd from scratch or buy it ready made in jars.
Another great combination is chunks of pineapple, fresh mint (chopped) and brown sugar. Let sit for an hour in the refrigerator and serve with vanilla icecream.
Simple ideas that impress! Happy, Holly, Ho Ho Ho! xoxoxFG
My fruit salads usually include, grapes (cut in halves), blueberries, melon, and whatever the heck I have in the house at the time.

Well, I usually serve my curds only when I have whey on hand. (You’ve heard of Miss Muffit?)
I’m going to try the pineapple & mint salad. It sounds exotic. People will faint if I serve an impressive salad. Really.
A tip: You need to be careful with grapes. One time I served grapes in my salad and they looked like EYEBALLS -- or so said my daughter. Despite the eye look, there was none left after the buffet.
