Go to Start: All Programs,Accessories,System tools, disk cleanup then go to your Enternet Explorer,and clear your cookies

Go to My Computer.
Right click on your "C:" drive, then choose "Properties".
Near the graphic that shows your used and free disk space, click on "Disk Cleanup".
Your computer will then suggest files that you can delete. Select the files to delete.
Click "Cleanup System Files".
