You KNOW you are cool when you KNOW from EXPERIENCE you can handle anything that comes along, without panic, without worry, no increase in blood pressure as to say.
You can BECOME cool by handling whatever comes along KNOWING that what ever it is will work out Don't worry, be happy, is a cool way to live.
If someone tells you they are cool their not ! They tell themselves to influence the opinion of another person. When the other person agrees that they are cool, then they think they must be, according to somone elses manulipulated opinion.
