For me I have at the bottom of the screen lower left (Places) I click on that find downloads click on that . when your download folder opens find the item you wish to view click on it ,then you will see some options click open and it should take you to movie player for videos or just show you a picture if thats what you downloaded . If its a email thing those are often scammers tricks and best just deleted ,just naked pictures and scam emails from Nigeria . My advise is delete the mail stuff. Bill
