      A little bleach in a basin of soapy detergent water, a lot of elbow  grease and more training for the dogs.

        You might get a laugh out of this . Old hippie remedy from those by gone days . From your local Head shop try a product called OZIUM  little spray bottle .Rumour was they used it in undertaker parlours might be a urban myth . I can speak to its effectiveness.  There may be better ideas , but thats all I have  .
