    We had a problem with a illegal document with I-130 immagration case we refiled and fixed problem do you think he will get his greencard?

    The document was his first divorce. It was not legal but the company messed up that filed for the divorce.  He sent the new divorce papers. Do you think he will get approved now or not.

        You should be notified by USCIS whether the application is accepted or not. If it is, many factors determine the length of time for his eventual immigration. Those include his age, his relation to you and the country he is a citizen of.
