          I think this person is talking about buying a "grow-op" house, which means that it was used for growing pot. Bad for the house... The only thing you can do to fix the darned thing is take it down to the bare bones and build it back up again.
          I have friends that did this... their house is beautiful. They bought it for a song.

          Grow-ops are everywhere in British Columbia... A month and a half ago one of my friends was out picking zucchini when the police showed up and busted 3 houses in her neighourhood... She went inside and made soup. The next day she phoned and said, "I new something was up. You don't drive cars like that and not go out and work."
          Now you have heard of it!
