    you are calculating the yield percent for lettuce.you determine that the yield is 103%.how do you know this is incorrect?

    103% is more than all of the available yield.  If everything matured and was picked and met industry standards, your yield would be the whole crop, or 100%.


    There is not way to have more than the whole crop.  

    Crops are only so predictable, as there are too many variables that are outside of your control. I'd say, 100% is tops of what I could consider...beyond that is an extreme, that has yet to have been seen!
