Thats a interesting question . Seems to me there are a lot of carpet mills in North Carolina.Seeing how they make that stuff by the mile small pieces are unlikely . Best luck is to find a installer and see where they do a new install ,best to get scrap from new carpet than old stuff . Look in the phone book or go by the carpet supply house and talk to the installers ,go by the job in the afternoon and see whats available .
